Kassel Menu is a very special artist’s book assembled using Martin Parrs food photographs. In this thick and heavy, artificial-leather bound original menu book, you can stick 20 A4 sized photographs out of a selection of 46 which have been specially compiled by Martin Parr for this edition; several of these have been never published before. The Menu Book comes with all 46 pictures which the buyer can mix and match as he wishes. Kassel Menu is limited to 350 copies, all numbered and signed by Martin Parr.
